He wasn't besides that 2012 year. 2013 he was recovering from injury but Boldin was holding it down. You're right he wasn't a good team mate. Sherman, the long time Niners nemesis, came into the Niners and LED the defense along with Buckner. Crabtree doesn't have that at all. He benefited 1 year in Oakland from being behind Cooper. He was at best a #2/3. Talks like he's a #1. Now that we have Deebo, Aiyuken, and a rising Jennings, Crabtree who?????

@@bigtone7078Michael came out of college as a dominant receiver. He never lived up to those expectations. His speed was a major factor coupled with the fact he played with a QB without arm strength to get the ball to the outside of the field. You are right, he did compete. Just not at the level he thinks or was expected. Cheers
