I've seen so many people saying "Zion.T really wrote a song about love for food!" This is not what this song it's about...This song it's about those moments when you feel everything is too much, you forget to eat because you are working or because you feel bad or because you are sad. Zion.T it's telling you "even if everything it's too much don't forget to eat" which basically means "Don't forget to take care of yourself and love yourself" this song it's really beautiful and deep >

i work late night shifts and bc i don't drive or noone picks me up, i walk home. i work at a fastfood and sometimes i get the worst costumers, i usually work 4 to seven hours (not everyday because i have school). when i walk home, i usually listen to this song on repeat because it calms my nerves. everytime i'm tired or whenever i feel bad or stressed i listen to this song to remind myself that i should relax sometimes. goddamnit, i'm crying lol

The Ipod Human has came a long way in 9 years

when i first got into university i had to stay alone away from home in the city and i got nobody. I would go to school at 7am to 3pm and then to work from 4pm to 11 pm. I was so busy and tired and never made time for myself. I felt lonely and couldn't sleep at night. Everyday the same old walking in the streets full of people, eating at the table all by yourself, watching tv alone , and my feeling of loneliness were piling up i even thoyght of cutting myself and other things. And at the end of the day when i get to bed i would listen to ziont, colde, offonoff, ohhyuk, dean and iu. Especially code kunst's rainbird, ziont's no makeup, ohhyuk's home is far away, jonghyun's lonely and offonoff''s 12:04 am, iu's through the night.I had a playlist for my insomnia. it helped a lot. Lookin back at that time these artists really helped me sleep and eases my pain. im no good with words but i just wanted to say thank u to to these artists. They helped many people to get through their days.

2015 한국 여행을 갔을 때 이 노래 나왔는데 들을때 마다 한국에 있는 추억이 많이 생각이 나.

i worked in a company that forces people to work off hours. working 2 days without sleep is a normal thing. weekend was always filled with deadlines too.
every year i overworked myself. i used to collapse and be hospitalized twice or thrice a year.
and i live alone bcs my parents live in other city.
i remember every day thinking i want to get out from this job but i need the money for my family...
i used to get home at 7 am, throwing bags, didnt have energy to even take a bath or change clothes. i would fall asleep for 3 4 hours before waking up and get ready for work again.
at that time a lot of thoughts going into my head. will my life always be like this? is it worth it to live like this? what was the point of living if im not really "live"
this song helps me a lot. in my hard days i used to listen to this song and cried all night. thank you for creating a beautiful song.

Did you guys see how he was the phone? I mean, his sunglasses were cracked, and so was the girls phone screen. He was also found in the same spots either lying down, sitting as the phone (such as the fridge). I think he was just a representation of the phone, with song being played. She had the song being played everywhere, and I think she was trying to become stronger with the song. When he sang the lyrics "I really like you" I don't think he was specifically talking about the girl in the video, but to all of us fans, and whoever that may be going through a rough time, that also need someone. He's reminding us to stay healthy and that we need to eat some food even if we're feeling depressed.
Besides the point though, this was a really great song and I really like Zion.t as an artist, his songs are always great and he should keep up the amazing work. Fighting :)

This song is so sweet it makes me want to cry. The amount of emotion he puts in his voice in this song is crazy and there's almost like a hesitancy like he's worried to say these things to her. It really seems like he feels this way. Its a beautiful song.

I work in a very stressfull office environment so his words really hit me deep. For me it's a whole different level of tired - soul-sucking tired - than when I was studying for exams. All the people I talk to are always trying to one-up me in the I'm-so-tired dept. Only Zion T. tells me what I need to hear. 🙏
