Recently, Mark Rober released a video of Feeding Bill Gates a Fake Burger. In the video, he analyzed meatless meat using three different questions:
1. How good does meatless meat taste?
2. How good is meatless meat for you (Nutritionally)?
3. How good is meatless meat for the planet?
Out of our own curiosity and in response to Mark Rober's awesome video, we did our own investigation of chickenless chicken nuggets. While I am an avid consumer of red meat, I was impressed with how well the chickenless chicken nuggets tasted. Even better, we found that the chickenless chicken nuggets not only provide a similar amount of protein at a lower amount of calories.
Should Impossible Foods and other restaurants that serve the impossible burger (Burger King Impossible Burger, Beyond Meat Burger) diversify into the realm of Chickenless Chicken Nuggets? We sure think so!
