I drink 300mg of caffeine daily almost, yet I’ll random stop and have no problems for weeks. Y’all are just dumb or something idk

I also went for no sugar, no saturated fats, low carbs for 30 days. Mainly protein and fiber. I am a big chocolate and pastry lover so I thought I have to cut it out to lose weight and improve my health. The only difference I noticed was a lot more tolerable period pain with more energy during periods + better hunger-fullness understanding during the day. Also I'd say the mood overall was a lot more stable. Honestly I was hoping for skin improvements, but if you have hormonal acne, don't be too excited, no sugar likely will not make any difference. Productive? Absolutely no difference here. However, it's day 31 today and i have absolutely no cravings for sugar, which is very surprising considering PMS, periods and my overall attraction to sugar. I will introduce it back in moderation. Sugar craze is just another fitness trend just like it was with fats in the 90s and 00s or with gluten a few years ago. It will pass and influencers will demonize some other food eventually.
