I would recommend a pineta peak or small rig speed release system. Because saying the only tripod thats good is nearly a thousand dollars is not correct any more. But very helpful video. My other comment says why.

This video reminded me of not being crazy and the fox station I worked at that treated me like I was a moron, purposely gave me a 28 pound sachtler tripod then fired me for not being able to fulfill my duties physically for complaining of pain. Looks like I need to have a chat with labors and industries. I was horribly gaslit the whole time about the kit being insanely heavy, this was my first job post 2020. So I really believed him, and that speed lock 75 was in the other lockers, for the "essential operators". Despite me remembering tripods for shoulder cams not needing to be that heavy. Those liars.... Thank you for this video and reminding me of that tripod.

My C1000 stopped charging. I watched your video, and tried a FW update. The FW update failed, because the unit powers down the AC outlets during the update, and I had the wireless access point plugged into the C1000. But the reboot that occurred during the failed update fixed the charging issue. SO maybe it wasn't the FW update that solved your problem, but the reboot that accompanied it.

Bruh! Motion Array MOGRT's are terrible to get working in Da Vinci. Even the "Drag and Drop" ones. TOO many hoops to jump through when you need a project done. No 2 work or install the same.

I've owned an AirCross 2 for several years now. I've always had trouble with jitter. Tried a few camera / lens combinations, calibrated motors automatically and even tried manually adjusting things and never been able to find settings that eliminate the jitter. This is with the axis all balanced pretty well. I've tried heavy and very light setups with the same results. I typically use it with tilt on locked and Pan and Tilt in follow. Jitter shows up most when I have the gimbal arm straight up and down then tilt it to the left or right and forward a little bit. - or anything in the neighborhood of orientation. These seem like typical movements, not something extreme. The other annoying thing is that if you flip it so your carrying it with the handle above the camera (for low shots) the follow tilt is reversed. So if you try to tilt the camera to the sky, it looks more at the ground and vice versa. If I power it down and power up with it in that orientation then it is correct. But makes flipping back and forth an issue. About a month ago I did drop it on a soft carpeted floor and the tilt motor now scrapes through a certain range. Fortunately it is a range that I never go to but I can't find a way to service/repair it. I've looked at other gimbal options and always come back to the AirCross 2 because it does look really good on paper. I have used the iPhone bluetooth follow mode before.. I put the gimbal on a tripod near a crowd of people and can pan around to get B-Roll shots without it looking too conspicuous (compared to a guy in the corner waiving the thing around). I've also used the timelapse features for that additional movement, both for video and stitched photos. It looks pretty good if you turn the stabilization off on the camera and time the movements with your settings well, otherwise it can look sort of jagged and choppy. Thanks for the great review! :-)

Tommy; I enjoyed the video, however, there's more to it than I want to do. I have a Vipertek 880 that I want to fire remotely (to scare squirrels). I have two wires coming out of the 'fire' button which work when touched. I have a cheap remote and drone. Removed 4 propellors from the drone. other than wires to one prop to turn on/off what do I have to connect to the 2 wires from the V880 to fire it from the remote? As you can tell I'm a novice. As is, it will not fire the 880. Would really appreciate any help or tips.

What are your thoughts on hooking up triple fuel generator. 9000 watts should be enough to keep all the essentials things on. If you run out of gas you can have a propane back up and lastly have it run on natural gas if needed.

I purchased the powerhouse 767 with the extra battery and the extra battery is not charging. I have been using the system for less than 2 weeks and it's a complete fail. On Sunday, March 24, I update the firmware and the extra battery started to charge but today March 27, it stopped just like before. Now I have reached out to customer support but that's useless. They asked for my shipping address, invoice to show proof of purchase, serial number and a video with the issue. I sent all this on Sunday and today they asked for the same information. Anker, this is bad customer service. I was told in one of the emails to use DC to power the battery and then switch to solar. I can't do that since I only use solar. The video I sent showed that the solar panels and cable are working since I connect them to another battery and it was charging. Anyone, someone, what else can be done?

Has anyone sent the unit back to Pecron for repair? I live close to their repair center but they will not allow you to bring in the unit yourself. One of my mppt port will not charge, failed after 11months. I try UPS cost estimate for shiipping, it's more than 100$ !!

I'm still a little confused... so hypothetically, if I got a subscription, made a video with some content from artlist that is indeed copyrighted like music from big artists and content from other creators that i use in a video, tagged in all the licensed stuff on my video, post it, and then like some time later got rid of a subscription to artlist, will my old video I already posted during my subscription be covered and safe forever, with no copyright flags or claims on my video?
