    I'm starting the 2024 get toned challenge today:) I don't need to lose any weight but I want to gain more muscles. I think this program will be a good start for a beginner😊 Day 1: It was easy and I liked it but I only used 1kg dumbbells bc I don't have any other atm:) I have to get heavier weights bc 1kg is a little too easy😅

    I started the 2023 Hourglass Challenge. I will update everyday. I didn't take my measurements, I don't care about my weight, I care about the image in the mirror.
