I'm starting the 2024 get toned challenge today:) I don't need to lose any weight but I want to gain more muscles. I think this program will be a good start for a beginner😊 Day 1: It was easy and I liked it but I only used 1kg dumbbells bc I don't have any other atm:) I have to get heavier weights bc 1kg is a little too easy😅

I started the 2023 Hourglass Challenge. I will update everyday. I didn't take my measurements, I don't care about my weight, I care about the image in the mirror. After the 5th day, I will do an additional ten minutes of ABS workout every day. 20.4 ✅ 21.4 rest 22.4 rest 23.4 ✅ 24.4 ✅ 25.4 ✅ + abs ✅ 26.4 ✅ + abs ✅ 27.4 rest 28.4 + abs 29.4 + abs 30.4 + abs 1.5 + abs 2.5 + abs 3.5 + abs 4.5 rest 5.5 + abs 6.5 + abs 7.5 + abs 8.5 + abs 9.5 + abs 10.5 rest 11.5 + abs 12.5 + abs 13.5 + abs 14.5 + abs #Finally 15.5 + abs

September 27, 2024: Day 1 completed along with one of the slim butt exercise ones. I really couldn't do up and down plank, but I will get used to it!

Really hard to try to relax during cooldown when the music is so energetic :( love your working out videos, but will try to do sth else for the cooldown.
