People good at interviews change there job often stupid

I’ve seen people interview where I work showing up late and dressed in a t-shirt and shorts.

I just had an interview, and the I teevirwer gazing at me and sounds he doesn't like what he is doing. They asked me two questions and this it . I don't get it.

What if you find out other companies are paying 30-40% more than what you make doing the exact same job? Should this be brought up? I learned other companies have increased wages because the cost of living has gone up so much in my city. 30/ 40% is a lot.

Took my resume down, off indeed. Went to 2 interviews. Its no hope for me. If your not a perfect person in this world, good luck getting any help from anybody! Im a hard worker. Not a social butterfly type, fruitcake kinda guy. I like to WORK, when im at work! Went to menards thinkinf they wanted a hard working guy with experince with tools, building etc. Nope. Yet they got a bunch of kids running around finding parts on tablets and computers. Skills arent valued in a "work" environment like that. I gotta hang out by the doors and ask all the contractors if they need a hard working man!😂😂😂 Maybe then Ill get a REAL job😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Im never getting hired.😂 Quit my last job to find an employer that actually wants a hard working man. Not a social butterfly who physicalltly gets nothing done. Like working at a casino. Totally useless work ... Except for the actual workers like building and grounds, maintenance techs etc. Im not a social butterfly. I spent all my life building actual life skills and abilities. Nope. They want social butterflies. Ill go clean sewers or something. Alone. By myself, because nobody has the work ethic that i have. No company can make me happy as an employee. Theyre all a bunch of lazy attention whores!😂😂 I must start my own business. Doing actual physical work and not just some "attention seeking service position." 😂😂😂 Im gonna stay unemployed. Slowly work on my credit score. Start a business with a proper EIN. Get business credit. Start the actual business!😂 Why work for some stupid company when you can just skip all the drama and work for yourself! I like working as a handyman or something. Working on homes etc. I thought an RV tech would be a cool business! With right ambition and business model you should be able to get a loan and start whatever you want! Theoretically speaking of course!

I have revamped my resume on average of 30 times based on different feedback from different people, professional resume writers, recruiters, leaders, etc. I thought it was convienient to apply online but realized it is actually very complicated based on the ATS system used. Also, HR software from companies like Workday that most Fortune 500 companies use, is not transparent , and I get a very quick automated rejection response or no response at all. I have applied for thousands of jobs tailoring my resume to each one to increase my chances of getting an interview. I have come to the conclusion that it depends on who is writing the algorithm and the criteria they select. However, I continue to remain positive and apply hoping I get the right opportunity. Even though you may feel as if you are in the Matrix, don't give up and continue to refine your resume. Good luck!

It’s a no win situation. Online applications require you answer why you left and you can’t lie and you can’t explain either, so they just miss out on finding a great employee because of a bad former employer.

I'm sorry, but this is doing way too much to get a job for a company that will probably ghost a person or even get that stupid email saying they're looking for other candidates with more qualifications. If they ask me this questions I will just say "I'm sorry I forgot I put a cake in the oven and then leave". 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Sometimes when I did not ask a question at the end, it means I did not want to work there and I was done. I didn't like the recruiter or hiring manager anyway. The whole company and place was not acceptable to me. They all seemed FAKE.

What do you think? Should I include military service if that was over 15 years in my history? I would think that would be interesting part of who I am.

Before many months i was working on two companies and i was getting 700 euros per month in total (part time jobs). In one company they told me that the time schedule was changed. And then told my boss that work in other company and i cant follow the time schedule of the work. Then she asked how much i get paid. I told this price. Then i was told to leave the other company and work for her. I told her i cant because i need that money. Then she told me how much do you want? I told her i wamt 750 euros. Then she did the raise.
