What about screen resolution for ultrawide screen

cycle inside camera group just means if you have a valk or a maestro or a bulletproof cam you know how you press 1 or 3 to switch between them, but if you do it with Q and E it will make you go individually through every default cam and then go to the valk cam. The setting basically just makes you loop to the first cam if you're moving with Q and E through the default cams so it will go to the first default cam. If its off then it will go to the next "group" of cams which is valk, maestro bulletproof etc.
