I think it’s not suitable, my ups will charge lead acid to 13.8v and 3s is 12.6v

Thank you for the very detailed video. After going through my battery, I found that it has full voltage )18.4v) and each cell reads 4.7v. But it will not power my cordless vacuum nor does any lights blink on the charger when plugged in. The front battery capacity LED do not light up either. Any ideas on this one?

So how do I get them for free? You showed how to take them out of the cases, but by then you have already obtained the batteries. That isn't helpful. What I need to know is where do these battery packs accumulate in numbers large enough to warrant asking for them for free of charge.

I think the “score line” people are seeing is the hot wire smearing onto the very hard glass. This glass-cutting trick is repeatable with a string soaked in fuel around a glass bottle, lit on fire, and then cracked with cold water. The thermal shock cracks the glass along the line of greatest tension, which is the very hot, thin outside line where the string burned or the coil rode.
