I once took Amtrak from LA to SF, and it arrived to destination almost 6 hours late, around 3 AM instead of 9 PM. Would not recommend.

as a french person I'm always amazed at how crazy imaginative people from other countries got with croissants. Like in France you'll never see a croissant cube or a croffle or anything like this haha (or maybe in like specialized bakeries you can only find in big cities) but nothing beat the taste of the og croissant for me

I kinda hate that the pastry chef is wearing her apple watch while kneading or laminating the dough (see for example 9:20 or 12:05), hands get washed, but how often do you disinfect the strap of your watch? Phone screens / screens are also always full of bacteria. Her watch is touching the dough all the time! Not really what I expect from a "master pastry chef", it's just basic rules of hygiene
