Seems pretentious and overthought which is ironic since he seems to want to make a basic burger. I just know Louis' Lunch didn't put this much thought and effort into making burgers. I'm sure these $13 hipster burgers are tasty at any rate.

lol at the 'only wall we like' comment when the US is still one of the most accepting "first world" countries someone can relocate to (try Japan or Sweden). people get mad at America when it tries to think of itself first but people really be trying to escape their own country because it is so crooked and dangerous and doesn't take care of them? hello? some EU countries are legitimately expelling refugees and non-locals because of economic and financial hardships causing issues with budgets. but ok.
The exterior of Priya's chicken looks better than mine - almost like fried chicken - but I had no complaints about the taste. I didn't give it the whole 15 minutes covered/no heat, but I used an instant read thermometer. I think mine may have been a little too damp when it hit the pan.
