You got to make this dish NYC Style BEST in the Country. Strip of Beef NEVER ground might as well make Fried Rice that looks like Hamburger Helper. Otherwise Nice Style.

Recipe needs to be reworked, sequences of adding liquids is completely wrong.
The power of egg foam! This method makes the creaming butter and sugar method or the so called reverse creaming method inferior.

We recently had a soup with most of these ingredients for the broth and Kimchi. We had it with Ramen but I want to try this one this weekend with probably,Udon. Happy to find this🍜
Just finished it ! The recipe is outstanding.The Kimchi definitely adds to a lot of flavor. I added not only shrimp but garlic/bitter mussels (and will add other meats to it tomorrow. I’ll be making this more often.

Followed the recipe except I substituted and used honey instead of sugar and for bread it was not edible so using it for breadcrumbs instead. It was crumby and doughy and it had a thick crust. Really wanted to love this recipe, really bummed it didnt work out.
