Perfect example of a tourist coming to Samui who has never ridden a scooter before. He's not wearing a helmet, and can't manoeuvre it at slow speed.
The hospital is full of these people in high-season. And Go-Fund-Me is full of people asking for donations because their insurance hasn't covered them for obvious reasons.
It seems people leave their brain at home when they travel to Thailand.

Been drinking , no helmet , prob no license , no sympathy for the idiot .
Never saw anyone in my life do a smoother (PeeWee Herman, I meant to do that) type of fall-roll than that. Then the chick with the blue hair reminded me, that had I witnessed that in person, I would have done the exact thing she did. Laugh, but I would not have turned away, I would've laughed right to his face, maybe try to try to help him up. But probably fail, because I couldnt stop laughing!!!

To alert potential tourists to the dangers of drunk tourists who have no experience riding bikes. My pregnant wife was knocked of her bike by a drunk tourist who had no riding skills. You wouldn't get on a motorbike in your own country without a license or helmet, so why do it in Thailand?

"Bosh!" he exclaimed, with a huff, "Who knew two wheels could be so tough? Next time I'll walk, steady and slow, Or at least till I'm less aglow!"

Let's hope he's not extorted by the bike rental company for damage he probably didn't do to the bike. Although it didn't happen to me directly, I know of someone who went through hell with an unscrupulous rental company when I was in Thailand. I wouldn't be renting one after that experience.
