I wake up at 4 am and I exercise. I run ultramarathons so I normally get up eat some food head out for like a two hour run and then go to the gym but I also work like an 8 to 5 job so… There is stuff to do at 4 am. 😅 although I’m not doing it at the moment because I am recovering from my last ultra last week. However, I still get up at four because it’s good to keep the routine but I normally just clean and read and eat and go for a hike or something.
