It’s been so long! Too long!
This is a short explanation as to why I have been quiet these last few months.
I have been eager to get back to training with you, but these months were needed for me to create a new home to share my training.
I wanted to share what is coming up and some dates you may find interesting!

I have been bodybuilding since age 14. I am 58 now. I may possibly have two torn rotator cuffs. Birth defects, not from bodybuilding. I have tried everything under the sun for rehab. I will try your workouts since they high reps and lower weight. This is my last resort before surgery which I do not want to do!!
2 work outs in and although I can only manage a fraction of the weights recommended, I am enjoying them, so hopefully I will be able to lift more as I recover from my ops❤❤

I was looking to add some more cardio into my workout but for the first time it wasn't easy but I'll try my best to survive .

Would adore a whole series dedicated to resistance bands. It helps to have these for times when I’m traveling and don’t have access to any other equipment
Can anyone tell me if you're supposed to be able to do these five days in a row? Or is there some sort of schedule? Are you supposed to be doing anything else in addition to these?

Excellent workout. I liked the pacing of the exercises and the previews before each move.
HAH this one is hard!!!! had to drop weights a couple of times!!!! my quads will be stronger one day 😂
What more can you ask for?! A clear and concise explanation, big timer to show how long you have (esp when doing an exercise you hate lol), shows you all the next moves and a cool down ❤❤❤!!! Man, this is my first time trying one of your videos and I’m in love.
