I was a happy customer of the brand, in addition to headphones I have the boom box, my family members found out about Anker through my recommendation and as I work with the public, everyone who listened to my motion boom asked for a reference on where to buy, but, as not everything they are flowers, one fine day I had the problem that one of my headphones simply stopped working on one side, as I knew the quality of the company's devices, I contacted support informing them of this situation, I received an email saying that they would do replacement of the defective unit, however, after a brief moment of happiness, I received a new email, in which a person named Valentina Langer responded for the company and informed that this would not be possible, that they would only make a partial refund of the amount paid for the phone , this amount did not allow me to buy a new product from the brand, so I, extremely disappointed with the company's stance, decided to invest the amount in a Baseus, and it was the best thing I did, the bass is perfect, the sound is clean, spatial mode , support for extra fixation and a few more goodies that Anker didn't bother to provide me, and guess what? all this for half the value of a life p3.
