It's titled Civil War but it's really just a road trip movie about Amy Schumer and Pablo Escobar pretending to be journalists in search of their next big story. The film wasn't great but Kirsten Dunst was more convincing in her role as Schumer than Plemmons was as Elton John. I give it a 2 out of 10 despite it's short comings only because a disgruntled employee at the snack bar hooked it up with a fistful of extrae Japs on my nachos. That was the only redeeming quality of this film. That and the fact that there wasn't any nudity. Thankfully.
