Why The U.S. Government Is Buying And Destroying Homes
The U.S. government is buying up and destroying American homes. Homeowners in the floodplain are choosing to voluntarily sell their doomed properties to the government. Since 1989, FEMA has helped fun around 45 to 50,000 home buyouts. FEMA is estimated to have spent somewhere around $4 billion on the project so far but that’s just a fraction of the total amount spend on buyouts, since there are programs outside of FEMA. But not everyone is convinced buyouts are a good idea. Watch the video to find out how floodplain buyouts work and if they are helping or hurting American homeowners.

Creating hybrids is only prolonging our dependence on oil. Stupid is as stupid does, Tesla was able to develop EV's so why not the not the legacy auto.? Because it was not in their financial best interest that's why. The oil companies have their hold and will not let it go without a fight, Tesla doesn't have to advertise with CNBC so there is no vested interest in Tesla.. CNBC is on its way out!

The Morgan silver dollars were beautiful & great for their time, but big and heavy. Great for Las Vegas casinos I suppose. And collectors love them. The Eisenhauer silver dollars were also big and not as pretty as the Morgans. The Franklin & Kennedy half dollar coins were also big and unwieldly. Didn't work in bus coin shoots or most vending machines.

Dollar coins have not been popular with American consumers. The Susan B. Anthony dollar coin (1979 -1981) and Sacagawea dollar (2000) failed to find support with American consumers and businesses. Mostly, they don't work in vending machines and too much resemble the quarter.
The price of automobiles has increased dramatically, but the bacic 3yrs 36k mile bumper to bumper warranty has reduced to 2yr 24k miles, with most manufacturers causing consumers to more money on service sooner. That sucks!

The Chinese are going to clean our clocks and everyone else's; they are showing the world that what our domestic automobile manufacturers are saying is impossible right now is not only possible but they are already doing it, which is making high quality, attractive, and most of all, affordable EVs! Only the U.S. Federal government stands in the way of these most desirable automobiles becoming available to the American people.

Who wants to visit either a car dealer to buy/service a car or a gas station? Haven't don'e that for 4 years now and about to buy second EV online. Its a no brainer. The problem legacy car makers have is that they haven't bothered to make their own viable charging network like Tesla which means you don't know the quality of a random charging station when on a longer trip
