If the cost, which would be more like hundreds of billions, wasn't bad enough but where the hell you place all of them? Can't just stick them where-ever because of the wind, and it's not exactly very pretty or functional to wall your entire coast and countryside with them either. It is ridiculous. Germany didn't learn from the mistakes, they made completely new one instead.
