I was mad the guy kept rolling his eyes and it’s like when Barbara comes and hug u of course u will want her. It’s honestly hard to work with a family business because even When Barbara came up to them they wanted to huddle without her which can also give us an insight into how the business would be in the future
Mr. Wonderful's deal is not the same as Wicked Good cupcakes because Zach and Zoe do a very large portion of their sales to retailers so that $1 off the top cuts in to their operating dollars and cash flow so they'll be less profitable. Plus it will likely last two to three years or so. Wicked Good cupcakes did almost all of their sales on line so the royalty Kevin hot from them didn't involve their operating costs because they had no middleman and limited distribution Barbara's equity deal won't cut in to Zach and Zoe's operating costs so she's not siphoning money out of the company while it's gross. She has proven strong results with her Shark food products and services. Plus it shows she's in it for the long haul.

Which would have been totally justified. They valued their business at $15k for every 1% coming in, then countered Barbara's offer by asking for an additional $50k but only 2% extra. Slap in the face counter

Did anyone else notice that they came in for asking for 150k for 10% but countered with 200k for 12%. Which is 20k more than what their evaluation was!
Actually, it was 50k more for 5% more on the equity. Really not bad; hopefully It'll all work out.
