i cannot look at andrew leeds without seeing christopher pelant from bones. pelant had to be one my favorite characters from that series. the way he outsmarted everyone at every turn was so amazing. he has to be the best villains that bones ever had
It’s understandable that Darlene doesn’t want her daughter to make the same mistakes she did. However, Harris is a grown woman now and the best way for her to learn her mistakes is by letting it happen.
This series looks like it is on its way to run as long as the original, so I guess I have to give it credit for that. I appreciate seeing how these characters have progressed throughout the years. However, you can't beat the original Roseanne from the 80s and 90s though.

Rosanne was a force and as much I hate her politics I swore the show could not continue without her but I was so wrong. Yes, she is missed and it is not the same show without her but the show runners are proving that the success of the first season of the reboot was not all about Rosanne. That said I have to agree it does not beat the original but I think they made a great show nonetheless.
@@OhMy05 Exactly what I thought. This is just an exercise in nostalgia. I never cared for this show in it's original run. It seemed to me that in every episode the blonde daughter (both of them) was constantly saying how much she hated the parents and that they were ruining her life! She was very rude!

Haven't watched this since ABC canned R. Barr. I decided to watch the clip as it was suggested to me. I see I haven't missed anything. If this clip = "the good/funny part" - the show should have been canceled long ago.

@@maus0liam No, I think the cast was very crappy to Roseanne who was the originator of the old show and new show. She was responsible for most of them having a career. Most wouldn't have had a career after her. She made a mistake, as they all have ... they threw her under the bus. (I don't think John Goodman did - but I could be wrong - it was years ago at this point.) She was still kind enough to sign off on the show - so it could continue - so that the behind the scenes workers wouldn't be jobless. Roseanne was a better person. For the record - I didn't know that Valerie Jarrett was a POC either. I do now. ABC should have let the show die. Instead they keep this pathetic show on, and pull the plug on gems like Tim Doyle's - “'The Kids Are Alright" without even giving it a chance to blossom. It was a witty show - but probably not WOKE enough for you and ABC. Enjoy the Connors. I won't be back. I am not wasting anymore time on this show for Dullards.
