Karina is really caring and clingy to all of the members. She's like Giselle's companion, Ningning's mom, and Winter's big sister. Ningning is right that she's doing well as a leader.
I am binging Aespa content and it’s clear their relationship as a group is still in its early stages. Give them 2-3 years for the dynamics to properly develop.

Karina even mentioned she was glad they debuted together bc they entered the company at the same time. she also showed lipstick Winter gave her from 2 years ago so is pretty clear they were at least close when trainees bc winter was already giving her so many gifs every birthday lol
If you notice, Winter acts like an unnie whenever she's with Giselle and NingNing. Everytime she's with Giselle, she shows her dorky self (doing dumb things with Giselle LOL), and with NingNing she act like a responsible unnie but also playful to the maknae, the annoying duo of the group. But everytime she's with Karina, she act like a baby-- like a maknae of the group and I think Karina likes babying her. And I love seeing/witnessing the savage Winter being sulky around Karina, this side of her is so cute. I feel like I'm watching a different Winter. I can see how strong and genuine their friendship is •ᴗ•
She doesn't seem like an unnie with Giselle though. They have more of a partners-in-crime vibe. But I agree that she is a baby with Karina. So this is proof they sang live on all special stages. There were people saying those were pre-recorded then the girls only did lipsync. But here, it showed the girls even testing the mics, & they sang & talked while the mics were on. Wow... They truly can sing. Their special stages were all so lovely & all were made with such passion & grace. 😊
