Fun fact, the ninth-sister actually got under Vader's skin one time. She was one of the few that knew Vader was Suicidal and had the OVARIES to call him out on it. She straight up told him "I'll follow your orders, but kill yourself on your own time." Man, the balls on that woman.

Star Wars: *Jedi fallen order* is one of those games where you get used to and memorize all the controls and master combat, just to forget and have to start over again after a few weeks of not playing.
I don’t think people give enough credit to 0:53. It’s such a simple, yet so badass move to open the other blade to block a haphazard saber swing. It really shows how far behind Cal is as a padawan
Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order is such a fun and amazing game ! 😁 The lightsaber duels against The Inquisitors and Taron Malicos was epic and i loved it :) I like Cal Kestis and his journey and struggles he faced after Order 66 .
They should add a mode where you can go against all the bosses again. Also add the arena mode so we can have more fun with the game because man, there’s nothing to do after you fully complete the game and there is no area swarming with enemies to fight.
that's my exact problem with the game now. it is dead once it is completed. I shouldn't have to start a new save profile to have a proper gaming experience. most games do this now. :/
I love the lightsaber clinches against Trilla those are pretty badass and the sound of the Inquisitors' lightsabers are pretty cool too. Though I've never understood all the sparks coming from lightsabers when clashing with another. I much prefer the flashes like in the prequels.

Swole Clancy Brown really did a number on me back in Dathomir, I almost considered changing the difficulty setting. You made him look easy though, just partying effortlessly.
Notice Darth Vader is younger this time since the event that happened in this game is set 5 years after Episode 3 and happened decade? before Solo, Rebels and Rogue One (if I'm not mistaken Dave Filoni confirmed he was 27 years old in Rebels) and I love how the modern Star Wars media potraying Darth Vader to be a terrifying mythical figure that are almost can't be defeated while Emperor Palpatine is potrayed as the big boss that you have no choice to fight but to run like in Rebels
A 31 minute tutorial on how to never use the parry/block button and never dodge anything either. And not just the harder to block ones. Even the ones with ample warning and time to react. Just stand there and get hit.
At 20:47, if you turn off your lightsaber and ignite it again during a duel, it is counted as "cheating" and "bad sportsmanship". A proper duel is supposed to be when you or your opponent are fighting with *NO* dirty tricks and when 1 person can no longer fight or is potentially killed during the duel. Basically no dirty tricks, even if your in the dark side lmao.
1:44 that is a Shii-Cho stance, makes sense since Shii-Cho is a good fall back but given that this is a 1 v 1, Ataru or Djem So would be better. Cal is a Niman user so he has alot to work with
Clearly not done on Jedi Master difficulty level, her hits barely hurt him. Trilla is a _major_ pain in the ass to fight on Master level. I didn't even try the game on Grandmaster, can only imagine.
I hate the distance second sister is able to get on evasions, its just not really normal for lightsaber duels, maybe a flip out of the way to increase distance but not some glitch teleportation I'd prefer more close up duels in jedi fallen order 2 with a test of guard, skill and just outwitting your opponent with Cal's skill set.
In this game you "hit" enemies with a lightsaber. In Jedi Outcast you are afraid to get close, cause if a lightsaber touches you, you are as dead as the enemy. That's how lightsabers work.
So? You didn't always dismember and cut through everything. The Jedi Knight games are fun and great games for sure but their lightsaber combat is just mindless slashing with intricate animations to look like your dueling. This person is playing on a lower difficulty than I did and I can tell a hit means something there. Sure you can use stim shots which aren't really gonna heal from lightsaber wounds but stims are more accurate than having a personal shield around you with no gear.

In jedi outcast and jedi academy, the combat would consider 3 factors.. blocking level, distance to target, and angle of the sword when you hit. The blocking level will affect the rate of success, which yeah, has to do a bit with luck, but also how the AI behaves has to do with luck on any game. In Jedi Knight (at max difficulty), to strike, you have to approach at the right moment of your attack. To block, you have to be at arm-length distance with your opponent. The first one to get close and strike the hit kills the opponent, but strikes happen so fast that is very hard to know when to go for it. You become so cautious that combat with a common enemy can last for minutes. Kids nowadays don't like this difficult gameplay. They want to be told what to do. "The enemy is doing a big attack, so roll and hit". "Now he's doing a small attack, press the parry button and hit", "now he's doing a combo, dash back and hit". Basically what kids want these days is not a game, but an interactive movie. And that's what Fallen Order is.
