I’m sure Suhyun didn’t want to perform this by herself and of course she doesn’t have her brother by her side, so it’s weird to see it. But be thankful that Seung Yoon willingly performed with her so she won’t be lonely too nervous. Of course Seung Yoon isn’t Chanhyuk and their vocal tones are totally different, but he let Suhyun’s voice shine more and all he really did was support her voice and harmonized. I’m sure she missed her brother, but she also has her close girl idol friends there too. So she’s technically isn’t lonely and she’s also pretty close with Blackpink and WINNER too. If you watched a fan cam, Seung Yoon even helped her down the prop cuz it was very high and she’s wearing dress. He was Suhyun’s Oppa for the night and I’m sure Chanhyuk is also thankful to Yoon for being there for Suhyun.

As an incle, i know that yoon's voice is powerful. But he did a good job not to overpower suhyun's. This is good. But of course, the harmony when the siblings are singing are on a different level.

No one can replace Chanhyuk and SeungYoon never want it nor need it. He just filled the vacancy of Chanhyuk for Suhyun so that she could perform on the important stage. So please stop comparing. With Seungyoon, this song sounds fresh and interesting because it turns dramatic towards the present while the original song sounds very nostalic towards the past (as if they were singing in the past)
