Both Taeyang and AkMu's versions are great. But each version has different feelings. AkMu's version suits teenagers better and has those youth feelings while Taeyang's version is more for adults and it feels more mature than AkMu's. Oh well it's my opinion. But I support both of them! YG jjang!!

Why does everyone criticize the way they look? Music is about talent and voice, not appearance. They might not fit the Korean standard for beauty, but they're certainly not ugly. Soo-hyun is actually really beautiful, she just doesn't look like those factory produced, plastic looking idols. Chan-Hyuk is very handsome too. What do you guys think about Chan Hyuk rapping? I don't really remember him being inclined toward it during Kpop Star, he always sang. It feels like YG is pushing him into a rapper role, being a more hip-hop type of company, but this role really doesn't fit him. He sounds much better as a singer.
I thought the rapping was great - brings something dif to the song. plus with AKMU's usual sound there is really no smooth way to bring rap in, so cool that he gets to try it out in a cover... :)

Honestly I prefer Akmu's performance of eyes, nose, lips to the original. Their voices are absolutely incredible and such a perfect combination too! I like how natural the performance is done, less focus on clothes and backgrounds than on just atmosphere and getting the song across (although I think the clothes are cute too, but not the point). So impressed with Akmu in general so far, and am looking forward to hearing more from them!
the only thing I didn't like that being a supposed sad song they gave it more of a groovy happier tone and such. I do love their voices but Taeyang is just, unbeatable :)
Personally I don't feel like it's a happier tone, rather a different tone. I guess I feel like whereas Taeyang's version is more sad, Akmu's version is more lonely, perhaps. I love Taeyang's version too, but Akmu's version is more to my taste as it's got a more indie sound to it.

Why does everyone criticize the way they look? Music is about talent and voice, not appearance. They might not fit the Korean standard for beauty, but they're certainly not ugly. Soo-hyun is actually really beautiful, she just doesn't look like those factory produced, plastic looking idols. Chan-Hyuk is very handsome too. They are both beautiful inside and out, so everyone who hates on them knows where they can stick their rude comments.

I love them - this group is amazing BUT sometimes I really can't stand Korea sometimes and their entertainments that produce unnatural beauties and not so skilled performers - who are Asian people suppose to look up to ? Especially when all you see is perfect - no flaws - no mistakes . Especially when in Asia a mistake such as dating can ruin your career ?? So there is really no point on Promoting future business enemy and revenue that won't be in your pocket.
It's more realistic to focus on the up coming stars who not too long ago signed that 3+yrs blood sucking20%-80% contract !
James Liu YG contracts compared to many other companies are very fair. They allow artists to express themselves however they want to.

What do you guys think about Chan Hyuk rapping? I don't really remember him being inclined toward it during Kpop Star, he always sang. It feels like YG is pushing him into a rapper role, being a more hip-hop type of company, but this role really doesn't fit him. He sounds much better as a singer.

Honestly I prefer Akmu's performance of eyes, nose, lips to the original. Their voices are absolutely incredible and such a perfect combination too! I like how natural the performance is done, less focus on clothes and backgrounds than on just atmosphere and getting the song across (although I think the clothes are cute too, but not the point). So impressed with Akmu in general so far, and am looking forward to hearing more from them!
the only thing I didn't like that being a supposed sad song they gave it more of a groovy happier tone and such. I do love their voices but Taeyang is just, unbeatable :)
Personally I don't feel like it's a happier tone, rather a different tone. I guess I feel like whereas Taeyang's version is more sad, Akmu's version is more lonely, perhaps. I love Taeyang's version too, but Akmu's version is more to my taste as it's got a more indie sound to it.

I'm just saying that I really like their take on the song, and that Akmu's voices really suit the song in my opinion. Both YG artists, both great, I just personally think Akmu brings out something lovely out of their version. That's just my opinion though.
