I don't mean to brag, but come on people... AKMU are one of the most talented duos out there. Both are child prodigies & geniuses for starters, and both have TALENT, which not ALL idols have...
Chanhyuk gets mentioned for his amazing producing & song writing skills all the time. Even Darren Chris from glee tweeted about him! Are you forgetting how young Akmu were they debuted yet Chanhyuk had THAT much skill?
And Suhyun has such a beautiful voice, and its improved so much since she's gained confidence. She CAN sing & she's beautiful, and doesn't need plastic surgery.

Lola Pennyburg To me, there are only 3 singers-songwriters can be called "genius": Tablo - the lyric genius, GD - the hip hop genius, and the youngest with a guitar - Chanhyuk. His music precisely heals my soul, but it's not the same way Tablo's music did. While Tablo teaches us about life through sharp words and sad harmony, AKMU brings me optimistic vibes. I feel extremely happy and pleasant everytime i listen to them. Suhyun's voice is just unique and wonderful, just like an angel whistle 😭 They are awesome just the way they are

Percy Annabeth B.I and WINNER's former member Nam Tae Hyun are good as well but their recently production (to me only) is quite not as wonderful as i expected. Maybe my first impression about their music was too strong (in WIN and M&M they performed just so well), which overshadowed their later songs? I mean, My Type and Sentimental are just so "safe" that i found no speciality and it seemed like they've lost their initial colors. I want to see them in the day they were trainee, at that time they were just perfect as the way AKMU, GD and Tablo are right now. Sorry if i'm too hard

네. 전 음반구매는 필요가없어서 못하고 음원구매는 합니다. 주위에 입소문도 내고 유툽 조회수를 올리거나 커뮤니티에서 언급 하는것으로도 충분하다고 생각해요.
예전처럼 음반 판매량 하나만 바라보던 시대도 아니고, 작곡도 직접 한거니 더더욱 그렇겠네요.
그래도 그런 음악들이 결국에는 히트를 치지 않나요?^^저만 그렇게 생각하나요??

원래도 자주 들었지만 최근 개봉한 "싱글 인 서울" 에서 '오랜 날 오랜 밤' 듣고, 바로 달려왔네요. 이 곡은 정말 흔한 레토릭이지만, 명곡 중의 명곡이고 시간이 지날수록 더 여운이 짙어지는 노래에요.

CLeO actually, Chanhyuk composed all their song in PLAY and SPRING album. YG said before that he lets AKMU to produce their own songs since their genre is folk and YG is used to Hiphop and rnb genre. He doesn't want to ruin AKMU's purity in their folk genre so he gave them the freedom to write their own songs. They are gems.

진짜 케이팝스타때부터 악뮤 봐왔는데 이런 실력파 그룹 없다.그중 우리나라 3대 기획사중에선 그래도 yg는 실력파들이 많은듯 찬혁오빠도 혼자 다 작사.작곡 하면서 한계도 느꼈을거 같은데 항상 곡 낼때마다 오래 들어도 질리지 않을 음악을 만들었을까 싶다...수현언니도 다들 못생겼다하는데 못생긴게 아니라 매력있게 생긴거고 가수가 얼굴로 하는게 아니라 실력으로 하는데 못생겼다고 하는 사람들은 거울 좀 보고 와야할듯....

because I'm seeing a lot of confused fans here: AKMU IS NOT DISBANDING!!!!! As of now Chanhyuk is only going to serve his military time which is about 2 years depending on what branch he goes to. so please don't worry and please make this video reach a lot of views and support Suhyun while Chanhyuk is gone!
I hope she's getting that well-deserved solo in the meantime so that people won't forget about them and I'm sure time will fly like an arrow (I know that that's not the correct English idiom but I love this phrase^^) and they'll be back together so soon. It's good for him to enlist now since they'll be able to completely focus on their music after he comes back :)
