When each Stick reaches their end point during the last parkour course, each timer stops at the same time (1.59.29). This means that they all tied when they weren't there to get in each other's way as they did before, and are technically all on an even playing field. Maybe King and Purple knew this and realized that with their equal abilities, combined with their competitive tendencies, the Sticks would tie enough times that they would need a tiebreaker and could eventually be separated. The parkour challenge was an amazingly fitting choice for a trap, not only due to the high chance of success (for King and Purple), but also because it seems so innocent, and the Sticks would easily and willingly partake.
Edit: So the timers aren't actually accurate to their time (this was obvious since the whole "everyone wins" is meant to distract them), but the "winning" time is an arbitrary number. What we now know from AvM in Real Time, Red got there first, Second and Green nearly tied, then Yellow, and Blue came last. Since Red left first, then Green, Second, Blue, and Yellow, all this means is that Yellow was faster than Blue and Green is faster than Second.

i love how, despite the lack of dialogue, you can really see their personalities. yellow recognized the command blocks, and used them to escape. tsc decided to see what happened when they put the beacons together, and used that to completely break it. green decided to build instead of using what was already there, and also used how purple flew out to figure out how to escape. you can also see that orange rules through fear, unlike how purple ruled the villagers by giving them what they wanted. purple puts their safety above others, and will lie to or abandon others to guarantee said safety, even if it hurts the only people who could consider them a friend. while orange hasnt had much screen time so far (i havent finished watching, but i think that changes in future episodes), you can definitely see a desire for control, even if it means everyone fears them. i cant wait to finish watching the eps that are all ready out, and to see where the series will go from there!

Purple will always be a traitor.

When Purple teleported with the pig and the music started playing my mind went "PURPLE YOU EGGPLANT FU*K" but then the king showed up and i was just like "oh god he has a evil father that he wants to make proud, pls don't make him a a good villian" and my heart exploded beacuse stickman figures that don't even talk fills me with more emotions than all the movies i watched

The poor piglin brute has no AI now, and his friend seemed so worried :(

I love how SC, Yellow and Green are really competitive and Blue and Red are kinda just happy to be there and just clap for whoever won

the music in this episode legit sounds like something you would hear in a star wars film. and I mean a GOOD one.

I love how each colour had a different idea of how to break the system relating to each of their personalities: the second coming is lax and decides to just move the beacon, yellow is technical and noticed the chain command block, whereas green is observant and noticed details to use to their advantage

Looking back, that headpat purple received probably meant way more to him than it should have

My favorite part about this is how the music slowly starts getting more and more intense as the characters find out what happened

Purple: Still holding a grudge.
Red and TSC: Stranded.
Blue and Yellow: On the run.

I find that touching. Purple didn't have to do that, even though it's just a mob with less complex programming compared to the stick figures which Purple could have let the pig fall but he didn't, and he did that for Red and doesn't expect anything in return, saving the pig wasn't even part of the plan yet Purple did it anyway. Even before Purple's backstory was revealed, Purple wasn't that bad compared to King Orange and The Dark Lord.
Sometimes it's these small acts of good that really show the true character underneath. If only Purple had realized that he never needed his father's approval or anybody's, he never needed to prove himself to anybody, he was already special on his own..

At first I thought that was so nice of purple like “aww he wants all his friends to feel like winners” I even ignored the alarms going off in my head at the fact that purple somehow owned command blocks

watching this now after episode 30 the finale makes me tear up.

The part where yellow and blue met up and red and orange meet up is so wholesome. But at the same time, it’s sad because the pig and green are right next to each other but it’s like they are miles apart which is super freaking sad to me.

You know it's good when you can accurately tell what a person is thinking and saying even though they don't have a face. 13:24 Green here is furious and just wants answers. He's not playing bad cop or mocking him. He's angry and I can almost hear him saying " *PURPLE!* *WHAT. THE. HELL. IS THIS AND WHERE'S THE OTHERS!* " because of his body language. He's just moving in a choppy movement when he throws his hands down like that.
13:20 Purple is more awkward and has more of a "SHOOT!" kind of attitude. You can hear him is is awkwardly waving hand saying "Uh... Hey, Green." (° v° ;)
He's trying to lighten the mood but Green is having no sh-- today.
13:26 Purple then says "Listen to me. chill." As he's trying to calm down Green as seen by him touching his chest. Purple probably tries to point him away like: "WHAT'S THAT OVER THERE!?"
Again Green not having any sh-- just stares at him dead in the eyes like "I'm gonna kick your ass."
Then Purple's like: Ayy, Ayyyy, chill man, *CHILL!* Then they fight.
This is what I like. Just in that like 13 seconds we got, furious, angry, awkward, mild panic without even seeing the face or hereing voices! That's when you know you're creative af

The end 😢 I actually started tearing up when the pig just put his head against the cell wall like: friend? Is that you? I hope it is.. I miss you..

IT'S SO GOOD! I love how everyone breaks the trap in different, unique ways, from Green using his own inventory to change the map, Orange using the tools he's been given in unexpected ways, and Yellow making a new observation about the environment and using that to his advantage, IT'S AMAZING AND I LOOOOOOVE IT!

Oh My God!! When you released multiple teasers and said "I won't reveal anything", we called you out saying "Well actually now we know that it's about parkour so you actually revealed quite a lot.". But now I see that we were WRONG!! We thought you revealed most of it, when you actually revealed like 5% of it! I am blown away by how much of a surprise this all was and I loved it! I love what you do and stuff like this big twist is a perfect example of how it's not just your animation that's the best, it's also the incredible story! You are absolutely amazing!

Oh yeay men I need to talk about how blue always reacts when something shocking happens he keeps his arms covering his "mouth" it's a silly detail, but for me it's very cute and interesting, He does this pretty much throughout the entire series.

I just realized, in a couple episodes, Red blames TSC for getting them stranded, but this episode shows that it was Red's own idea to put three of the beacons together. TSC was still just dumping the piglin soldiers off the edge. TSC discovered that the beacons could do that, but Red initiated that particular jump
