The buds probably more balance and the soundcore is more bass heavy
The A40 sound a bit muffled and warmer and the Buds 2 pro sound more balanced with a lot more details.
When I tested on HearID, it created a profile with audio similar to that of the Buds Pro 2

I think the galaxy buds highs are way too overemphasized, however, the A40s highs were wayy too underemphasized.
I think the buds 2 pro have to sharp highes, more like bose sound. I liked the first ones better they were smoother.

Compare link buds pro vs Jbl live 300 tws please. I things similar sounds. Coz same tuning by harman. Im listening jbl live300 tws now.
In fact the buds have the best frequency response for this price range

Would you test Earfun Free Pro 2 with Oluv's eq? He is trying to tune them closest to the original song...

Everything sounds clearer and crisper on the two pro in the base is better cleaner Don't forget you can adjust EQ settings and shit

this is point less unless you have a referace set of ear phones its like adding eq to your headpones but so much worse
So you should listen and compare relatively.

Soundcore is hard to beat at any price range.
I honestly thought they were terrible compared to the Cambridge Audio Melomanias. I replaced my broken Melomanias with the A40s and they are no where near as good, despite being the same price.
