    I love how Alisha put that little speech in while she was editing in the beginning because My anxiety has gotten so bad and I started eating so bad and I was trying to get back on track and that speech just made me realize that I’m not alone and I watched this video a few weeks ago and it made me want to eat healthier so now I’m eating healthy and I want to thank you!

    The most delicious, easy, 2 ingredient breakfast ever:
    What you need:
    1 banana
    1 cup of muesli (you can use oats but I prefer muesli)
    1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
    Half a cup of Berries (optional)
    Method:
    Mash the banana with a fork
    Add the muesli/oats
    Mix them together
    Add your honey
    Then add some berries
    Done!
    Trust me it is sooo bomb, simple to make, has few ingredients and is healthy. I have this for breakfast every day. Make this and reply to this comment about what you think!😀

    For anyone who needs to hear this: I love that Alicia made that disclaimer at the beginning about being easier on yourself, however girls watching this need to understand - YOU SHOULD NOT BE AFRAID OF CARBS. I see so many “healthy eating”/weight loss videos where they don’t eat RICE, PASTA, BREAD, ANYTHING. Where every carb source is subbed out for a veggie. I used to do this and it led to an ED. Please, please please include carbs in your everyday meals and don’t feel guilty about it. Do not be afraid of them. Also, you do not need to lose weight during quarantine or at any time in your life.

      Monica I agree with you!! I eat carbs breakfast lunch and dinner.. but I never feel the need to snack! Carbs are so important! If she had subbed out rice in her lunch and actually had pasta with the sauce for dinner, she maybe wouldn’t feel like she needed the snacks because her body would already be fuelled up by the carbs!

      Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I used to have the exact same mindset and I’m recovering from an ED. I get Alisha is sharing her experience but it can be damaging for young girls that watch her/others who think carbs are evil.

      Complex carbohydrates are necessary but simple carbohydrates such as chips with lots of oil etc should be eaten a lot less than complex carbohydrates (pasta, bread, rice, cereal and potatoes).

      Yes thank you for saying this. I didn't feel like being mean or discourage anyone but I hardly see her eating good healthy carbs. Rice is not bad as long as it's brown rice. There's whole wheat pasta. Legumes are filled with nutrition and fiber. Sweat potatoes even potatoes are good if cooked correctly with the right healthy oils. I too started out listening to all these girls posting their low carb diets and soon I found myself with an ED. You always think that's not going to happen to you especially when your seeing results until you start too feel guilty that you had a slice of bread or gave in to a cookie.

      yeah i totally agree with this thread! I feel like alisha has a slightly off definition of "healthy". or, at least a different definition than I do. which is, of course, fine. I don't think food obsession is healthy, and as someone who knows what that looks like, its hard to watch her talk this way on her videos when i know what a young audience she has.

      So I basically started to tell my family that I wanted to start a healthy lifestyle and just annoyed the hell out of them and worked out infront of them and from time to time would buy a little bit of my own “healthy groceries” and after a while (year) my parents are doing the same or at least considering me when buying groceries!     I’ve always been a huge snacker so a healthy snacks video would be amazing.     my anxiety has been really bad during quarantine, i feel like i’m going insane, and i see negativity everywhere which makes me feel worse. i’ve tried to exercise but for some reason i can’t keep up with it, but your videos make me feel inspired! thanks alisha😁 if anyone else wants to rant then feel free i will reply!

      peachybee I highly recommend going for a walk, bike ride or trying to exercise for a bit every day! Even 15 mins is enough and you will mentally feel a lot better! I promise!

    Almost any fruit is good with tajin.. example: Apple, watermelon, mango, coconut, etc.... hope you enjoy 💞

    I'm trying to get more fit (I have the weakest will ever lolz) so I like to make schedules for myself but it's hard to stay on them. I realized it may be because I'm not doing it write. So I'm using things from your videos and going to start incorporating them into my day. I even added the switching up workouts!

    Me as Mexican our Tajín in absolutely everything soooooo put it in all kinds of fruit like cucumber, mango etc. Mexicans put it in chips and popcorn with like 10 other chilies but its really good

    I’m from Lubbock TX where we are known for the chilton. Cucumber chilton’s are incredible.
    -cucumber vodka
    -lemon juice
    -soda water (topo Chico is a great sub)
    -tajin rim

    May sound weird but I’m Hispanic and I love Tajin, lime, chamoy or just spices whatever with fruits like pineapple, watermelon, mango, and more!

    started my fitness routine on autumn 2019 but never got the right snacks, meals and workouts, so when i finally got everything together, march 2020 came around! and honestly am getting so proud of myself, me losing weight (i feel so much more confident!) and this video just gave me numerous ideas since i am a VERY picky eater and love to snack. which means i'd literally LOVE to see that snacks video! ♥
