Omgggggg I relate to you so much. I'm on a diet and they always eat junk food right in front of me and offer it to me and I'm like boy how am I still even surviving this diet or feels like it's impossible and will never end😭
I'm 10 years old and I'm on a diet its so hard but it is helping me and its fun when you work out

i try losing weight everyday. the more i starve myself , the more i want food. i've lost 12 pounds last week and i gained those 12 pounds back because of the food i've craved. i hate my body and the way it looks.

Sadly it isn’t easy to lose weight:/ the easy way out is what you did, but you inevitably will gain it all back. Unfortunately, it takes awhile to lose weight, but the healthy methods of losing weight pay off when it’s easier to maintain and when you feel more energized.

I've been on a diet for quite some time now, and my trick to eat healthy is when you see some food completely out of your diet, all you have to say is "this isn't the only time I will have this in my life" and keep it moving. :) I hope you have a wonderful night/day.

trying to loose weight doesn't mean you can't have a dounut!!!!! it is about a healthy balance between food and working out, if you don't eat 5000 donuts everyday day, that's okay. you can have a pizza or a donut sometimes, just not everyday!!! also it is not realistic to just be eating salads and absolutely no fast food for the rest of your life so don't be so strict with yourself and eat a donut if you want to!!
