I'm so excited you upload this video just in time. Actually I've been doing your previous 200 Burpee challenge for one week, and I can just do 10 reps at the very beginning, then up to 125 reps in a week with profound heart pumping ๐ and drenched in sweat This version is slower and maybe just perfect for me.
Could you guys also create some reaistance home workouts like with dumbbells, kettlebells or resistance band...etc
