Similar to the sideburn tip, I used to do this to my bangs because I really wanted curly baby bangs, but I also wanted to have long see-through bangs sometimes. So I sectioned my bangs into 2 parts: top and bottom. I cut the bottom part about 1 inch above my eyebrows; these were my baby bangs. And on the days I wanted the longer see-through bangs, I would straighten the top portion of my bangs with the bottom part and used styling gel to keep them together. *sigh* The things I do to my hair for various styles. Lol!
