This is the problem with the internet, absolutely tear a comment apart and analyze it, this is simply MY opinion, she is strong and fit, and a realistic lifeguard, not the non muscular or smaller built potential model that we see on Baywatch and such. Not alot of real female lifeguards are shown or represented anywhere and we all assume they have long flowing hair and a small build. I never said skinny equals weak, but realistically tell me how a smaller built person will drag a human out of the water to the shore with ease. I shouldn't have to explain myself, my comment is my opinion, I was simply suprised because I have a similar body type to her and it's nice to see a confidence and strength put to it.

It's extremely dangerous and damaging to ecosystems to have toilets that dang close to the water. That's why they don't have them on the beach. Also, I'm sure she has a bathroom. She was just referring to when her tampon was wet so she had to change it. She wasn't referring to when she actually had to use the bathroom.

As a former lifeguard.. that racoon eye tan is a killer. You've gotta keep switching up styles of sunglasses. I also used to use a straight bronzer on my eyes and sides of my face which worked great to 'hide' the tan lines. On days off, I would just lay in the sun with lots of sunblocks and try to correct the face tan. Lifeguarding is the BEST.

Same! But one time at my swim club, (just a note, the lifeguards at my swim club are mostly college students) I saw a life guard on his phone. For THE WHOLE SHIFT, which was only like 20 minutes and then they swap lifeguards. Like, it’s 20 minutes! And your a LIFEGUARD!

Crazy how a woman can showcase her respectable, interesting job yet the first thing people comment on is her body and if it's up to their standards. Her body is none of your business. when she didnt put sunscreen on as part of her morning routine i was getting worried! phew!
i was surprised by that too. usually you're supposed to apply sunscreen 20-30 mins before any exposure to sun, but in the video it showed her getting the equipment and boat out and then later putting sunscreen on.
still it surprises me that she puts such little amount, and only SPF 30. And only on her face. You can see that only around her eyes are really protected and untanned. Plus on a day off using only a sunscreen brush is not enough also, you get like only 10% of the advertised SPF on label. She should be more cautious with the sun protection.

There was a famous show BAYWATCH that made it seem as so...similarly to the way GREYS ANATOMY makes my job seem like 24/7 drama when it’s not. I doubt she'd have a problem with me pointing out that she is fat. It's not like it would be news to her. I am simply responding to the people who falsely claim that her rather rotund physical shape is something to aspire to. Obesity is neither healthy nor attractive. Unfortunately, it's very likely the case that she is not as effective at lifeguarding as stronger, more physically fit and more disciplined people could be. Beachgoers ought to be served by lifeguards who meet the most demanding physical requirements, not by overweight women. Hopefully, that is something we all can agree on. lifeguarding is the easiest job. rarely do you ever have to save anyone. my sisters have been lifeguarding for 4 years and have neve rhave to save anyone
vvsco gorl My experience with the job lasted for about a year, and in that time I only worked a couple shifts a week, but ended up having to save 2 people. It was a terrifying experience, but also very rewarding, because if I hadn’t focused on my training and kept calm during the emergency, those people could have been seriously injured.
@@lolar2626 My brother used to be a lifeguard and hated it because although you were not saving anyone, you have to be alert the whole shift just in case, so you can't just slack off, you have to pay attention the whole shift. Not easy at all.
