This breaks my heart seeing a dog suffered like this. Thank you for saving him. Praying for his speedy recovery. I owned dogs and we treat them like our family. How could an evil owner did this to a dog. He should be in jail.

The addiction of the owner didn't cause him to torture this dog, it was the evil that was inside of him. I wonder if this was the first time he did something like this and if it will be the last. He should never be permitted to have another dog.
