Wow the part that touch me the most was when jay park said he didnt want him to come to aomg because he wants him to be the greatest or have a 1 one song or make the company a lot of money but basically being himself and be active in this entertainment industry. Wow you hardly see a boss who tells one of their artist these things. This is why jay park is my role model.

There is so much to love and respect in this interview. He is openly asking jay for ways to better himself and boldly opening up the door for criticism and in true jay form he encouraged him to be himself and that was all he wants. It’s so rare to see an artist have a conversation with their Boss and openly ask about what they feel are their weaknesses. And Jay doesn’t focus on that and keeps encouraging to own who he is and be proud.

I love how Jay is all goofy and cracking jokes, truly being himself and making Wonjae laugh while he's at it, and then he gives honest feedback and real advice on life. It's rare to see someone in his position as a boss and have his kind of mindset, to enjoy music and be thankful. Wonjae will really grow in AOMG, not because it's the greatest label or bc they have famous artist, but because in AOMG he has room to be himself and rap the way only Wonjae can.

Woah... Now I understand why is AOMG so big. Jay Park has done a good job. AOMG members are all unique and they have a good vibe and a good relationship with each other.
I remember those videos of Simon Dominic hugging Woo WonJae. I was totally impressed because a year ago I could never imagined it would happen since Woo WonJae looked like a pretty serious boy and Simon Dominic like totally a man who doesn't play.
I'm so proud of WonJae's growth. This was an amazing interview. ✨

They treat each other as fellow human beings. I think Jay being a mentor is extremely helpful to WonJae. He wants to get out his pessimistic state and having someone who's super positive can definitely push him forward to add more color in his songs. Just see the world as less grey and more vibrant. Very healing pair. I'm sure he's blessed to have Jay in his life.
However, I don't think WonJae should lose his dark and beautiful appeal. That's what got him here. But we gotta have a balance. :) too much pessimism can really weigh one down.

Although if he does start to lose his dark and beautiful appeal because he’s beginning to grow as a person leading him to change as an artist then we should continue to support him in nurturing that growth . We should also think about his well being as a person not just as an artist, but whatever WonJae creates it will still be pretty amazing! There is only one of him💖!

I think I fell in love with Jay Park after this. He's the sort of person who's approval you would strive for but at the same time readily take your problems to. People like this are very difficult to come across and it shows why AOMG has been doing well. The company has many unique artists who are clearly passionate about what they do
