Fatou's vocal is so stable and unique, middle ranged, very comfortable to listen. I love the Korean girls' high tone, but Fatou's middle and deep tone have a lot of attractiveness. It reminds me the vocal of Yuqi of G-idle.

Honestly the difference between kacchi and this group is that this group actually trained and they all speak Korean fluently and the song actually makes sense and is good enough for their first single and they all obviously are in a legit company and at least their singing Korean lyrics kacchi was singing very limited Korean lyrics and it was very badly pronounce

They said during the interview that they were very nervous and I think they also were tired, Hyeme fell asleep on their way back when the interview finished around 5pm. They probably practiced very early this morning

People are acting like Fatou came with the intent of being an idol. She was INVITED by the very people you guys claim want to keep things “homogeneous”. And as someone else pointed out why aren’t you guys saying a thing about the Brazilian girl? Yes she is half Japanese BUT Japan is the very place that colonized Korea. I’m happy that both are in the group because although Korea is homogeneous mostly, black, Latino, white, biracials also live in Korea and having 1 or 2 people in media to look up to isn’t a bad thing. That homogenous mindset needs to be challenged a bit. Anyways if it bothers you THAT much just take your business elsewhere.
Another thing. I find it funny how black music and media is the main inspiration of most of these groups but the moment an actual black person is involved there’s a problem. Latinx/Hispanic music and styles too. I won’t forget the way Samuel was treated after he was found to be half Mexican.
