When I was a little girl growing up as a Korean American, I've always felt so irrelevant and invisible compared to the rest of the world. Not everyone would know my culture and compare me to other major Asian ethnicities, but now that South Korean culture is making waves, I feel much more confident as a person and talking freely about how much I enjoy my country's music with others.
