I mean Armytrix isn't bad by any means, it's popular because it sounds good, but he said "high end exhaust" so I wonder if he's thinking of something dumb expensive like an Amuse R1 exhaust or a Tomei Expreme. But he'll be using the car on the street so he'll probably go for a valved exhaust like Armytrix.

@@shona5512 An Akrapovic exhaust is nearly twice as much as a Tomei Expreme Ti setup and $3-grand for an exhaust on this car is not that outrageous. Will be interesting to see what he ends up with though.

Limited experience with dying seats, but you wash out the existing dye and dye them the new color. Done right, it's just as it was done originally.

I think he'll be better off with Black seat covers. I'm sure he can remove those light Grey covers and slip the Black ones on.

I forget the name of the dye, but one of the classic car restoration shops around my way uses it and swears by it. The owner used it in a few of his cars and hasn't had any issues with it wearing off or fading. If I can manage to remember to ask him, I'll find out what brand and post up.

Because the molds aren't permanent. They crack as the body flexes. Bolt or riveted on just worked better for longer. I work at a body shop.

If you are molding it to the existing body work, wrap the car instead of painting it. It will crack your paint on the first pothole.

Molded is like so 90s ago lmao.. You probably still in your daddy nut sack... Molded fiberglass to sheet metal will eventually fail, crack overtime, or with minimal force against it.. Repair is a pain in the ass, basically u have to destroy your paint job to repair a simple crack. Secondly you cant remove the flare to have more access when working on the car.. Plus it 2019 rugged is the style now. You have no idea how many time I have remove my widebody to work on the car...

As I said "if done right" clearly that was missed cuz you all said how this has to be done to fix it or when it needs removed what? What are you doing to your car that u need to remove the wide body kit countless times? Really? Sure you can call it a 90's thing if you want to but I call it a straight up lazy thing cuz nobody wants to work anymore!! Whatever if the fastest and cheapest to do then get paid the most for it is what the majority of peoples mind set is and if you say otherwise your just in denial. Those that aren't afraid of working and getting dirty won't be offended by this cuz they know it's true!! Lol I have done cars in the past that it has cracked when molded of course you gotta start somewhere but it can be done without all the horror stories you all are saying. And for Mr. I work at a body shop, I own 3 body shops and about to open my fourth so I don't know everything by any means but I do know enough!

Should also point out that the black pen circled areas were *before* shipping. The word きず means "mark", "scuff" or "damage" typically when purchasing something. Everything else that happened (like the spider cracks in the paint) are from the shipping company(s).

You have to cut the car up to make space for the wheels. If you didn't, you'd destroy the tyres on the standard arch lip.

the issue with webisodes is that companies like LBW or Rocket bunny make these ridiculous kits that are crazy looking and expensive, while other kits are very tame, and about cutting fenders, it is not sometime it is a must to run the wider tires or bigger ones, the people who don't and just use wheel spacers are dumb it only makes the car handle worse in the long run and cost more money. wide bodies are a supposed to be permanent not something you take on and off every one and a while.
