Bottlejacks straighten a frame pretty easily, just have to let it sit with the preasure on it for a few days so the metal creates "memory"

As a guy that was a technician at a Ford dealer from 2005-2017: The Raptor did not come stock with a supercharger. those were either the Shelby models, or the Roush package. I installed the Roush exhaust on the first one we sold at our dealership (I also got to test drive it, which was pretty epic). They came later with the exhaust already installed, except for the Roush mufflers.

The fenders on your truck are aftermarket fiberglass, you can see they are wider than stock. Also if the supercharger was installed at Roush, give them the VIN and they'll be able to tell you the mileage it was installed at.
Pretty sure they're not aftermarket. Looking at other svt raptors with that type of damage shows the same tearing due to it be wider

Dude, you can even tell when he looks in the bed at the damaged fender that they’re a fiberglass aftermarket fender. Raptors come with bigger fenders from Ford, yes....but these are an even bigger aftermarket fender.

Actually, you're wrong. All Raptors are SVT vehicles, but SVT had nothing to do with the supercharger. It was installed after Ford built the vehicle.
Roush offered a Raptor upgrade package which included the supercharger (and many other upgrades, as well) and called it the ROUSH PHASE 2 OFF-ROAD RAPTOR PACKAGE. This truck appears to have that package.
Ford dealers may have acquired and sold some of thees trucks, but they are not "stock", nor are they a "factory option".
A beautiful truck with a beautiful color. Hope it's mechanically sound and the supercharger is still legit. I envy this purchase because it's truly my dream truck in the make & model and the color is absolutely my favorite. For a first truck man, it's a damn fine one.

Listen to Chris... he said technologically advanced... as in it has a computer screen dash, a lot of ports for computers, phones, DVD etc. Does the Lamborghini have any of that? No. Oh, more technology you ask, ok. How about the 4X4 system, the supercharger? Lamborghini is rear wheel drive, and no supercharger.

@@Vanderveenm you can figure 20% power loss from the crank to the wheels so a 590 kit should be in the 460 range to the wheels and stock raptors are 411 at the crank which puts it around 325-330 to the wheels. i own a 11 crew cab raptor and have been looking at put a supercharger on it i just cant decide which route i want to go so i have been researching this a lot.
You missed the most important aftermarket of all on this er um, truck: the SVT Raptor badge on the tailgate. 'Cause if it didn't already come stock with the off road suspension and supercharger, then those emblems are definitely aftermarket!

Raptors usually come with Fox shocks because they are a Baja style body truck and are built for off-road use

ALL raptors come with fox shocks. EVERY raptor. But they came with the 2.0's until the 2017 raptors. Those came with the 3.0's
Really just an F150 with better shocks, struts, and engine, a box frame with leafs in the rear is nowhere close to a tube frame coil over trophy truck

If it’s a real Roush Raptor, check inside the passenger front door for a sticker there. If it’s a real roush it will have a sticker with serial number from roush on it

TheHarperHomestead the stickers don’t mean dick. Gotta find the build sheet. On it will be a designation stating that the base150 was to be shipped to roush after it comes off the line. Same with the old glhs shelby dodge omnis & the saleen mustangs.
the shop was the one who detailed it most likely, most shops that do insurance work detail the cars if they've done any work inside

Funny thing about that tailgate. - Dont get it stolen. 8k down the hatch if it goes missing during the night. I used mine on a f250 for construction work. more useful and durable than youd think

@@rnrudynh1427 - Not at all. New, the dealer gets THOUSANDS for EACH tailgate especially if they paint it to match for you. Find a used one, if possible.
My ex bro in law has a 2015'ish king ranch, his tailgate got stolen...8k is what it cost. Ins tried to give him $450....for what they thought was the entire gate..it was just the camera. Freakin expensive.

almost all the raptors came with a factory supercharger. i was gonna put the 5.4l supercharged into my expedition. sadly state emission laws made that impossible. the roush editions came with the roush supercharger installed in the factory. it was always a nice option

Might want to check tow rating if you are going to use as a tow rig. If my memory serves me it is rather low by half ton standards. Power will pull anything you want but I think the suspension lowers the rating.
Raptors come stock with fox struts/shocks

yes they do come factory with the resevoirs
They come with the 2.5 external bypass. These are the 3.0 internal/external bypass with increased down travel. They are usually about 4500 new just for the shocks
Switch panel to the lower left isn't stock, most likely switches that are roush related or one of previous owners had light bar and didn't use stock aux switches. May also have an exhaust valve if you get a chance to take a peak underneath
That blower kit brand new is only 6 thousand. 2 thousand is alot to alot of people. The Stage 2 Roush supercharger is a factory option on this Raptor and it was 8 grand which included the suspension upgrade. Which I believe you were explaining somewhat at the same time I'm typing this. Your truck was delivered like that if you care knowing. Regardless you'll love it, I'm on my 3rd one!
Raptors are not "work" trucks, they are PLAY trucks lol.. The fact you said he had too many light bars means you should probably buy a normal Ford F-150, XL or XLT or something.. You absolutely need those lights when powering through trails or the desert at night at high speed.. On roads we have street lights.. Off road there are none so regular head lights are not strong enough to see far enough to maintain a high rate of speed off road.. My husband had a Raptor but found it too big for our rock crawling capable overlanding needs so we now have a (heavily modded for long range overlanding) Jeep Gladiator.. We are an adventure loving couple so sailing and overlanding is our passion

It's an SVT raptor. It came off the lot with the Roush supercharger. The Raptor came stock with that suspension. The Fox shocks were on it at the dealer. The exhaust was probably part of the stage 2 kit.
You bought it from copart. I own a transport company. Been to many coparts. Also the sd slot in center is for the gps map card.

Looks like a Raptor I saw at the neighbor's house, even the same color. The supercharger is an upgrade. The front bumper is aftermarket. Probably has room for a winch inside the hole in the bumper. :)
That frame is a piece of cake,just put a front frame section on a 2014 F150.The bad part had to pull the engine and tranny.Thanks for sharing,really enjoy watching what others are doing in the industry.....
This guy I don't believe has a clue on this vehicle. I also have a 2014 Ford Raptor 6.2L, It came factory with a 2.9L supercharger and fox shocks. I still have the dealer sheet, These were NOT add-on options but came from the factory.
There is no factory supercharged option. And the fox 3.0 that are one that truck, are not the factory shocks. Yes it comes with fox suspension factory but not those ones.

They are standard but the Fox 3.0 are an aftermarket upgrade I believe. The OE shock would just have SVT written on them.
@itsmillertime1999 so does the top of the shock where the resi is if it's OE Fox Shock. OE would have SVT, Non OE would just have Fox Racing on it
They aren’t the factory Fox shocks, they’re upgraded 3.0 Fox’s. Much much better off-road than the factory Fox units on the Gen1.

Thats actually Stock suspension for an SVT Raptor. Its built for Offroad events like Baja racing. Theres not any visible alterations to the suspension.
With that kinda damage why did the airbag not deploy is that a bad thing?
Brandon Felix the sensors are in the factory bumper so I imagine they didn’t reinstall them with that aftermarket front bumper.

Correct. Ford paired with Roush, it's an upgrade you can get at the dealership or order with a custom build from the factory.
