that's exactly what I thought.That wide body is super huge and awkward looking, it looks like Mike tyson came over and went 10 rounds with that car.I would have left it factory.But its not my build.
If he kept it stock then he'd have to replace all the other panels and linings that were already cut before he bought it
Why aren't you running the OEM lip and then your homemade lip? It seems like now the front bumper is like 3 inches higher than the sideskirts.

I know the feel. Felt really bad cutting into a the good quarter of my S13 but a symmetric widebody looks much better than a car with 1 smashed up quarterpanel.
@@roguetorino I live in the east coast so it's hard to run away from salt coming in all directions be it snow or the Atlantic ocean. Cutting the quarter is the only option sometimes );
Yeah i would never do that to a non crashed car, this had the liberty walk body kit because most likely it had body damage before

I love all the things you do, but i gotta say, that front diffuser is a big NO, is just not right without a lip that lowers it more, when you lower the car it will look really bad, i know you tried to make it look like the LB Front Bumper but that bumper is lower so it can flow with the sideskirts, if you want your homemade diffuser to look good you need to put the stock lip on that bumper or a custom one, i know is your build, but is just a suggestion that would make the car look sooooo much better!
diffusers are at the rear. Splitters go up front.
How long is your code gonna be up for the speaker?
@@aidenjanousek9633 Kove does deals with a lot of youtubers. If that code stops working just go look at videos from Tavarish, doitwithdan, streetspeed, and so on and I'm sure you'll find another code soon. But I am fairly sure the code will work for a decent amount of time.

This car has always been in my own opinion the best looking car out there. I’ve always just dreamed about having a Nissan GT-R but even tho I don’t have one, seeing you guys turn this scrapped Nissan GT-R into, what I already call a masterpiece, is close to having one. I’ve been watching these videos since you started this Nissan GT-R version of B is for Build and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it and I can’t wait for the finished product. yes, i think you and me are the only 2 in the whole world that likes molded wide body kits. Every time i see those big rivets or screws i think of the cheapest junkiest bolt on car parts from ebay, wish or some other cheap china made parts. And even worse are those bolt hardware kits that ads an billet washer/spacer thing to make the bolt head look twice the size.

I love the rivets, I think it adds to the design of the wide body, but again it’s all down to personal preference, but I really like what Chris has done

The front small panel on the bumper you installed is not well placed, you can see it doesn't match with the second one, gap is strange :/,

My infotainment unit just broke on my 1994 SC400, bitch and a half to fix or replace as it's so integrated with the car's computers.

All I was saying was when you think of no sound system you think of a track car or a stripper interior car of some sort. Track cars and stripped interior cars usually don’t have cup holders either.

Body filler will absorb water on the back side and will eventually rust 😣

I love this build! Just shows what is possible if you put your mind to it. I would imagine working on a GTR is scary because it's expensive if you mess something up but it's still just a car just like any other project car. These are the type of builds that people would normally stay away from and think is impossible just because it's a GTR, I think Chris has opened the eyes of many and showed that anything is possible.
I know "you won't see it" but the finish on that fiberglass "gap fill" is horrendous..I would've done anything else.
Give that money to me 🤣🤣I could really use a thousand USD here in Zimbabwe lol

Destruction of a beautiful car for those wide body kits, which are made from fiber glass / plastic. Shame. It does look good though, but having to cut the car up... no way.

This is not destruction but sublimation of a car. Ppl do what they want to their car, cuz it's their. If you Don't want that, you can just replace the body panel and you re done.
