In the first or second episode one of the girls (Kelsey?) tore into her and after that I saw she chose to keep a low profile so as to stay out of the drama, but underneath that I knew was someone who completely knows her own mind.

Watching Madison met Peter's parents in Australia, she doesn't respect them at all by staying outside for hours and they waiting inside, her faith is so good but she doesn't live it, her character is awkward, I don't blame Peter's family upset. If watch that part, she just left the bunch of flowers she was gonna give her future mother in law on the ground outside like it's no value and you see the way she looks at Peter's parents damn girl, this is unchristian like, I'm a Christian myself and it doesn't feel right

Hannah is a role model for young women. Clearly knows her worth. Something a lot of women her age don't have. I was proud of her. She was articulate and fairly calm through a difficult time. She was completely valid that he took something special away from her.

It looks like he only choose her because Plan A (Madison) failed. He knew he was not over Madison when she left. He should have had the respect for Hannah to have been honest and to not have gotten engaged. The same goes for Madison. I didn't like that she waited this long to address her concerns with him, however, If he truly loved Madison and wanted something with her, then he wouldn't have taken his chance to sleep with Victoria and Hannah. I'm sorry, I think he's a complete asshole and should spend some time a single man for awhile because he clearly can't figure out what he wants. I think he jumped into this way too soon after being heartbroken by Hannah Brown.
Yes, he clearly was not over his relationship with Hannah B., and he still isn't. Every time he demanded that someone want him as much as he wants them, he was showing this unresolved hurt from Hannah B. Usually, once they proved how much they loved him, he would cut them. Clearly he is still hurting from that relationship. He is not ready to marry anyone.
McKendra Ray they both deserve the best. Both are amazing, I’ve liked them throughout the show, but i admire both of them especially after this finale. Not that I am wishing this upon Madi and Peter, I think Madi will see what Hannah saw and break up with him. He’s a nice person, but just seems so immature (he’s been living at home for too long)
@@nicolejarel5953 I don't necessarily think that him living at home has shaped his immature personality. Sure, he'd get a sense of Independence if he lived separately from mom and dad but some people choose to live at home for many reasons, such as financial problems. I think the problem here is that his mom never really gave him space and the chance to do things on his own as be grew up. I think she was and still is very attached to him and can't let him go and do his own thing. I feel that the way she expressed to him why he should go after Hannah Ann influenced how be really felt. She just wants him to be with a woman she likes, even though it may not be the right fit for him. Really, what she should have done was taken a step back and encouraged Peter to make his own choice. I do however think it's good for a parent to give guidance. Such as when she was open with him about the fact that him and Madison would face challenges as a couple due to the fact that they have so many differences. Bottom line is that I think Peter needs to let Madison go. If your partner is religious and you are not, it's gonna be a long tough road. He really should be single for awhile and figure out life on his *own.* No interference from mom or dad.

He proposed to appease his family and also because he loved her with his head. His heart was for Madison. We could see this on his final date with Hannah as to how distant he was from her. They were together but Madison was in his head.
I feel absolutely awful for hannah ann. But my god...that moment they film him alone in the mirror crying, holding the ring, while his mother watches and claps for hannah ann? Beyond heartbreaking and brought me to tears. She PUSHED peter to go for Hannah Ann and treated Madison terribly. Only bringing their differences to light and making her feel unwelcome. Planting a seed of doubt to make her want to leave. What a vile woman and I feel terrible for everyone involved, even peter.
Yes, it would do him good to move out of that house and get some distance so he can learn to think for himself and trust his own instincts.

It was just awful to see Barb have seemingly no sadness for her child. Now dont get me wrong he DESERVES to be hurting, 100000% deserves it. I just felt like all she did was tear him down the entire evening instead of having a good balance between criticism AND support for him.

Charuni Liyanage i completely disagree. His mom is what scared Madison away because Madison knew she would never have Peter’s family’s blessing. His mom told him who to choose even though Peter wanted to choose Madison, and because Peter values his family’s approval so much, he chose the one his family wanted instead of who he wanted. His mom is so manipulative and overly childish and rude to Madison, who she absolutely adored at the vow renewal. How is she so pro-Hannah Ann even after only meeting her for 15 minutes? His mom just wants to be the #1 in Peter’s life and if he marries Madison, she will be #2.

If his mom didn’t push Madison away, Peter could have chose the right one form the start. Instead, his mom made Madison feel that they had differences that Peter and Madison couldn’t work through and that Barb would never love Madison as a daughter in law. His mom is literally trying to prevent Madi from “changing him” even though changing him would mean making him a better man, literally what kind of mother would prefer their son to keep their hoeish party ways instead of growing up and settle down? She’s here like “i prayed and God sent Hannah Ann” right after bashing Madison for her religious views. If God sent anyone, it would Madison for her unbudging faith and love for Him above all. Barb is the true villain of Season 24 and I rest my case.
