matt damon it doesn’t have a single thing in common with battlefield 1 besides the title. ask anybody who’s played it or watch any pro youtuber review it. some pros even say it’s so different from battlefield 1 that they had to relearn the gunplay and it took them 30 mins for it to finally click. but we all know you’re just looking for an excuse to be angry, just because you just wanted another modern era game. But seriously, battlefield v is a completely different game than battlefield 1, I’m actually astonished at how different they feel. It feels like a fresh gaming franchise. True Battlefield has been taking a break since Battlefield 3, but after playing the beta it feels like Battlefield is finally back! I don’t even care that the BF4/BF1/hardline worshippers are upset at how different it is. It feels like real battlefield and far more... alive. Especially after playing the beta, I can’t get enough. I was disappointed when the beta ended and I’m counting down the days until launch! I literally have a countdown app set.

I really hate how you did war stories again its really hard to attach yourself to a character that you've known for an hour and a half. I mean I get it its wwII and you should be seeing the different perspectives of the war and I think that's cool but I won't be able to get into the stories as much. Still like the game though and will be playing it for hours on end.

And then youll have to wait till 15th or 20th. But u keep any progress and things you've earned. Would prob spend it on multiplayer and wait for single player

What about a story about Burma or the Battling battling bastards of Bataan? Or siege of Tobruk? Or the 442nd? I mean unknown stories yes but there are many other stories to tell. My problem with the expansion pacs in battlefield 1 was that there were no other stories modes.

I love the choices in War Stories that you made. But please please please add more War Stories through the Tides of War DLC live service. There are MORE untold stories of WWII that people need to know about. Even if its just one War Story each DLC update I would be happy with that. I'd love to see war stories on the 442nd (Nisei) Infantry Regiment, Canadians at the Battle of Ortana, and Estonian SS fighting against the Soviet Red Army! Oh, and the Pacific Theater: British fighting in Burma and India, and the US Marines at Saipan, Guam, Phillipines, Iwo Jima and Okinawa to name just a few. But here is another thought and I think this would be awesome to see that NO ONE has done: a pure fictional War Story about the US invasion of the Japanese Home Islands. Operation Downfall!

Why don't you just admit that you took that idea straight from a German mini-series called "Generation War". You know there's a reason why they call it World War 2, right? Because then, everybody around the world was involved, even peoples whose country wasn't involved but they still fought. WW2 isn't only about the Eastern front, that's probably the only extent of knowledge you have about the war. Have you ever thought to yourself "Wow, I wonder what rebel/resistant fighters of the Netherlands, Yugoslavia, North African, and Poland were like?" I'm suprised you didn't mention a campaign about Erwin Rommel and his success in North Africa.
I do hope you won't forget the already told stories (D-day, market garden, Stalingrad etc.) in multiplayer! Ive been waiting for that for so many years!
Personally I feel like this doesn’t work. Unless the stories are more than 1 hour each, I’m not going to be invested enough to feel for the characters. We experienced this problem first hand on Bf1 and we feel disconnected from those characters. I’m saying this method would work if they add more depth to each stories and character with detailed and linear storytelling rather than a short story extended with repetitive gameplay

WW2 isn't only about the Eastern front, that's probably the only extent of knowledge you have about the war. Have you ever thought to yourself "Wow, I wonder what rebel/resistant fighters of the Netherlands, Yugoslavia, North African, and Poland were like?" I'm suprised you didn't mention a campaign about Erwin Rommel and his success in North Africa.

Personally I feel like this doesn’t work. Unless the stories are more than 1 hour each, I’m not going to be invested enough to feel for the characters. We experienced this problem first hand on Bf1 and we feel disconnected from those characters. I’m saying this method would work if they add more depth to each stories and character with detailed and linear storytelling rather than a short story extended with repetitive gameplay
