Its because certain countries (ie. Germany) have laws against swastikas in any way shape of form. They wanted to ship one copy of the game, instead of making different versions with and without the symbol.

When I watch soldiers speak on their experiences in war through interviews, they often talk about the total fear of being annihilated. When I watch this trailer, I feel a total disconnect to that idea. The paradox of this trailer's message, which you could call perseverance through hardship, oddly comes off shallow to me, in that it's more a ploy to get as many people buying the game as they can after all that's happened, rather than trying to convey a realistic experience. Yes, the game looks stunning. Yes, I had some fun playing the beta. There are a great many things to appreciate about the game's authenticity in certain areas. But unfortunately, DICE has lost touched with their consumer base. They need to take lessons from Rockstar, who adamantly focuses on simply making a good game before making a profitable one.
you know, the one WWII singleplayer campaign that i absolutely loved was the COD world at war russian and pacific campaigns, the russian campaign showed the grit of WWII and tbh was a really well made story, while the pacific campaign was not your ordinary shooter with the enemies doing very unorthodox tactics and suprise attacks and such. i really dont need a love story or an emotional story set in WWII.

The only campaign that was somewhat decent was bc2. Dice has always had bad writing/gameplay in the sp. Walk into room kill everything, walk into next room repeat. Oh tank mission! shoot everything move to next area. It's always been generic and uninspired. The writing isn't believable it's campy flat characters with paint by numbers generic crappy TV show camp. I'll try the new campaign, but I'm getting the game as always for the mp 😀
I didnt finish both of it too, because how the story and level designs sucks. But you might suprise the i finished Battlefield Bad Company 2's Campaign. And it was worth it for me
Never except a German campaign to not have an officer notice the error of his ways and then switch sides faster than Italy. Really, there’s no way they could get an international release if they even said that Nazis were morally grey. So I kind of get why they’re not.

When I watch soldiers speak on their experiences in war through interviews, they often talk about the total fear of being annihilated. When I watch this trailer, I feel a total disconnect to that idea.
The paradox of this trailer's message, which you could call perseverance through hardship, oddly comes off shallow to me, in that it's more a ploy to get as many people buying the game as they can after all that's happened, rather than trying to convey a realistic experience.
Yes, the game looks stunning. Yes, I had some fun playing the beta. There are a great many things to appreciate about the game's authenticity in certain areas.
But unfortunately, DICE has lost touched with their consumer base. They need to take lessons from Rockstar, who adamantly focuses on simply making a good game before making a profitable one.

you know, the one WWII singleplayer campaign that i absolutely loved was the COD world at war russian and pacific campaigns, the russian campaign showed the grit of WWII and tbh was a really well made story, while the pacific campaign was not your ordinary shooter with the enemies doing very unorthodox tactics and suprise attacks and such. i really dont need a love story or an emotional story set in WWII.

The only campaign that was somewhat decent was bc2. Dice has always had bad writing/gameplay in the sp. Walk into room kill everything, walk into next room repeat. Oh tank mission! shoot everything move to next area. It's always been generic and uninspired. The writing isn't believable it's campy flat characters with paint by numbers generic crappy TV show camp. I'll try the new campaign, but I'm getting the game as always for the mp 😀

I didnt finish both of it too, because how the story and level designs sucks.
