I'm 42 years old and I'm a singer/songwriter in Hollywood. I've been in the music business for 25 years. And I have never in my life heard or seen anyone this consistent with making fire hit record after fire hit record. As a professional who eat, sleeps, lives and breathes music, Bazzi is without a doubt one of the most, if not THEE most, talented artist in the game. Period. If it were 1995 he would be as world renown as Michael Jackson. But we live in different times where the music business is way too oversaturated. millions of people are on KRplus making music. To prove my point, Bazzi has songs with over 175 million views. And yet, I still never meet anyone who has heard of him. He is the genuine article. He's got a real love for music. He is a really good guy on the inside and really cares about the world. Unfortunately, I'm afraid that it's very likely his future won't end well. He will either be too genuine for the fake industry and fade away from it as he gets older, or he will he continue to destroy what's pure about himself to meet the demand of a shallow industry, where he will be famous and rich as hell, but miserable as all get out. Maybe even suicidal. He's too empathic. I just hope he gets the best of both worlds. I hope he gets unmeasurable success and never has to put out the light inside him. As I said, I'm 42 and I am a real picky person when it comes to what i listen to. He's my favorite artist to listen to daily next to only Bon Iver and coldplay.

I personally wished I hadn’t stayed in a messed up relationship for seven years in my youth because it depleted my soul and I didn’t honor myself. Please LIVE. So many of us don’t.

I really enjoyed this song, it almost feels like a fresh start. idk if it's just me but i felt like bazzi's Soul Searching album(great album btw) kind of resembled bazzi feeling empty and lonely inside, kind of like a dark time for him. I feel like this song is giving the message that he's overcome his dark time and is almost starting over, if that makes sense. i love the music bazzi, definitely keep it up
