When I was breaking, as a kid back in the 80s, I would’ve never imagined that this dance would come back in full force like it is today. And if we could’ve looked into the future and see what breakdancers are doing now, we would’ve lost our minds back then!

It's out of this world how breaking has come to this! I'm 49 yrs old, and back in the mid 80's my shuffle and backspin was stupid but my windmill would be so long and aggressive I would actually elevate off the floor twisting twice in the air for the killer. O.. M.. G.. I am 52 but for the very first time I’m wondering do they call it break dancing because it appears that for sure you’ve broken a bone or three??
That was almost not believable. Fantastic madness. I actually felt the wind come out of me a couple times just WATCHING this.

I wouldn't like to see these guys in ten years with their broken rotater cuffs, snapped elbows, bum knees, brain damage and general physical breakdown.

I don't understand how this stuff doesn't hurt or do they adjust to the moves??

Think about it logically. Of course it hurts at first, that is why they train their bodies to be super strong.

They call this 'break' dancing but i must have been 'break' watching and suddenly dislocated my shoulder, fractured my ribs, and herniated my back just looking at these videos. Intense sport.
