That Al B. Production on those 2 songs was incredible. I rock those 2 songs often. Al let me hear the demo of Confused with Him and KiC and JoJo and Man o Man, Tevin hit everything perfectly. Even K-Ci was surprised at how effortlessly he hit the notes. Was happy to hear that they kept the original demo backgrounds on the song. So incredible. I hooe he will allow it to be posted soon. Such a masterpiece. Tevins voice was perfect for it...

Yeah the 90s was heavily competitive era with both up incoming singers like tevin and the 80s singers .
It was a very very intense period with limited TV and radio space .
But we music lovers benefited a lot in the 90s music scene .

He wasn’t Babyface’s artist, he just wrote and produced a couple of Tevin’s songs. Tevin was signed to Quest Records, Quincy Jones’ label.
