When she said that they were just having fun while making the album, I definitely heard it. That's why it stuck out to me so much and I really like it. I'd have to say this album really made me a Beyonce fan.

She showcased some of the poorest places to some of the richest places....She showed the world the Black Experience... She put the visual front and center....Some how still managed to showcased the pure bountifulness of the so called "ghetto"... Great job ... She's definitely a LIVING LEGEND!!! And I don't use that word lightly, check her ENTIRE resume before commenting on my usage of the words Living Legend. And please don't DISMISS her accomplishments with Destiny's Child.....17 years strong and her rise is steady and consistent... she will out last her counter partners. She's already 7 to 10 years the Senior of her so called competitors (Rihana, Miley, Katy, Gaga) She surpassed her age group (Britney, Christina,Ashanti, Monica, Brandy, Mya, Pink). Let's not forget Beyonce is more than artist in the Music Industry, she's a billion dollar box office actress...

So I guess her crediting the directors and the producers weren't enough for some people. Where was she not humble at? If you look at the credits they list all her collaborations. At this age of her career she does most of her own editing and visual directing, she mentions how shes been managing herself in her year of 4 concert DVD. She gives credit to the people involved in the projects not to every single thing or person she sees around that she draws inspiration from. No one puts together a black outfit and gives credit to Rihanna b/c it might look like a RiRi outfit but it's not and it wasn't chosen by Riri. People get ideas from peers and icons all the time its not branded so you cant really "give credit" when that person didn't make it themselves or even create the trend.
I think people like songs better when they understand where it came from. I HATED drunk in love when it came out and then it slowly grew on and the reasons Beyonce liked the song eventually were the same reasons why I liked it. It's fun as hell to sing with your friends somewhere.
Maybe I'm... like just a major creep, but I'm actually really happy that I was born in 96...I got to hear a little bit of her with Destiny's Child and then I could actually be down to ride for her whole solo career because her growth ...her range ...her passion... What she's capable of isn't even human!! I'm going to be a BEY stan for the rest of my life I'm okay with that.

The production of this album is so interesting!
hate how people are saying Bey does not give credit. She just talked about collaborating in the studio with Timbaland and she worked with a new producer on a song called drunk. The producer wrote the song drunk. She did not say she wrote it. And I heard "we". I didn't hear that much I think but this is about her thoughts and her ideas. Not Jay Z's idea even though we just saw other video directors in the video talking about how they directed their video. People find dumb sh** just to complain about. If you don't like the video why do you watch it?

Non disclosure agreements and actually a lot of people didn't know she was shooting videos. For one only the main dancers knew about the new music extras only heard the instrumentals and the main ones wore earbuds while on set to prevent any leaks. It's quite interesting actually lol

I think she looks better now after she's had a child....but what is really cool is that when I was collecting pics of her and Jay Z for a photo montage, their love for each other is obviously genuine because it radiates from nearly EVERY photo.
