From wiki, "He [Eastman] later joined Chapman to teach constitutional law, was appointed dean, and founded the school's Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence." ...until Eastman was forced to resign from Chapman due to his constitutional perfidy.
Big issue for the judge was he has not admitted wrong doing and has no remorse.
Found out recently about him successfully arguing one of the worst SCOTUS cases of the last 50 years, Town of Castle Rock v Gonzales. He also wrote an op ed for Newsweek where he claimed that Kamala Harris was ineligible to run for POTUS or VPOTUS. John Eastman is a longstanding jackass, and this couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.
Clerked for Justice Thomas and became a close friend of Ginni who was the person who introduced him to Trump.
Herschmann recounting his conversation with Eastman to the J6 Committee: "Eventually he said, 'Orderly transition," and I said, 'Good, John. Now I'm going to give you the best free legal advice you're ever getting in your life: Get a great effing criminal defense lawyer. You're going to need it.' And then I hung up on him. 2:11

Hi Harry. Disbarment of ALL Trump's attorneys-of-coup need PERMANENT Disbarment. Is Eastman's disbarment temporary or can he be reinstated?
Wouldn't the 14th Amendment Section 3 REQUIRE his Permanent disbarment AND prevention form ALL public office service?
If a temporary loss of license were intended, Eastman's would be up for suspension, not revocation.
