INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
0:00 Recipe #1
1 glass of rice
2 glasses of water
Salt
4 eggs
olive oil
Fry the rice in oil for 2 minutes
Add water and salt to taste
Cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed
Separate the yolks and add to the rice
Mix the rice well
Everything has to be yellow.
Salt the egg whites and beat to a small foam
Add egg white to rice
Stir frequently until egg whites are browned.

Roasted vegetables are a delicious addition to a rice dish. Cook dinner like in a restaurant.
garlic
Ginger
Onion
bush beans
Red pepper
corn on the cob
3 tablespoons soy sauce
oil for frying
First sauté the garlic and ginger for 2 minutes
Then add onion and bean pods
If you like soft beans then fry them first!!
Then sauté the peppers and corn
Roast vegetables over medium heat
Add soy sauce and mix vegetables well
Fry for another 3 minutes
The sauce should soak into the vegetables

That was quick and easy!! And all I needed was rice and eggs at home! Oh, and onions, garlic, ginger, snap peas, water chestnuts, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, a sprig of rosemary, scallions, baby corn, mushrooms, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, virgin olive oil, smoky paprika, soy sauce, baby spinach, lemongrass, a 12-oz. ribeye steak, jumbo prawns, half a crab, and a glass of Merlot. Then, BAM! Simple, easy, fast lunch!

Прям как в анекдоте одного сатирика "если у вас в холодильнике только..." . После появления имбиря стало ясно, что рисом и яйцом не обойдется...А так вкусно. Готовые такие замороженные овощи продаются, остаётся только чеснок, имбирь и яйцо добавить при обжаривании
с готовыми не такой вкус,говорю,как повар,это вкусно,но можно быстрее в два раза сделать,нуууу,человек старался для камеры,не все готовить умеют

Мой холостяцкий перекус это жареная картошечка на сале. Салат из свежих помидоров и огурчиков, с зеленым лучком, укропом и петрушечкой, обязательно чесночек, маслице подсолнечное или на худой конец оливковое. И вишенка на тортике - стопочка абрикосового самогончика.

Более простой рецепт отварить рис ,пожарить до залотистой корочки, добавить 2 яйца тоже пожарить все😊

I had rice & eggs so I tried this. It was amazingly delish. Reminded me of breakfast when I fry eggs over easy then mix it with my rice. I guess if I had all those other ingredients it would have made a difference.

Reis mit Ei.... Das weckt Erinnerungen. Als kleines Mädchen gab es Reis mit Ei oft, wenn am Monatsende das Geld knapper wurde. Obwohl meine Eltern beide gearbeitet haben war nicht immer am Monatsende alles rosig. Aber Reis mit Ei gab es auch oft so, ohne besondere Gründe.
Z.B wenn Reis vom Vortag übrig blieb oder vom Mittagessen,
wenn mein Papa zu müde war nach der Arbeit aufwendig zu kochen. (Meine Mama arbeitete Abends, Nachts , Morgens, Mittags ... in einer Fabrik in Schichtdienst, daher kochte sie nicht jedes Mal.
Oder es gab Reis mit Ei auch, wenn Papa sich schnell was zubereitete.
Сегодня на вечерний перекус приготовил. Самому понравилось и семья сказала что очень вкусно. Правда я чуть с солью перестарался. А и кукурузу я заменил на баклажаны и кабачки.
Замени ещё рис на мясо! И Окей!!!!!
