Yes she can fly on her own. You can see in in some parts of her walk sycle and in e when she flies towards an ally. She is just to lazy to fly all the time so she sits on book, who can also fly.
I love the message of this trailer. It's not about reaching the destination it's about the journey. Having fun and making memories and friends on the way.
I like how this trailer is depicting not to force your way to a build but to play around what appears for you and to enjoy what happens not just rushing to a destination (forcing a build)
